To ensure that shipments are fulfilled on time, it is important that you put your shipping address into our system correctly. We have deployed some expensive address matching software that will assist you in creating your address AND as well we do a manual check on orders in our shipping system. It is critical you double-check your address. We will not be held liable for a delivery address that was incorrectly entered.
If you are unsure of your real address, please call Aus post or visit your local post office.

Common errors:

Typical errors are placing a unit number in address line 2, or not providing a unit number at all when you live in a large apartment block, or not providing your Australia Post Parcel Collect details, or believe it or not, selecting a wrong State. For example, if you live in the state of NSW please do not select ACT or another state. IF there is another street the same as yours in another state it will allow that state to be entered.

Shipments:

All orders will be usually shipped within 24-48 hours or a next business day once the order has been received and is paid.

Deliveries that used to be by Australia Post Express were usually 3-5 days. HOWEVER Covid-19 has changed the way Australia Post and New Zealand Post are delivering parcels. In recent weeks and as we get near Christmas deliveries are extended by up to two weeks or even more. Australia Post has been completely overwhelmed and some deliveries are longer than 4 weeks with Express post. The best way to follow your order is via the extensive tracking system we use. You get both an overview and as well a link to the New Zealand Courier System we are now using.

Shipping times: 

New Zealand Post provides 2 options for shipping:

  1. Australia GO Express post: 

You may opt to upgrade to Express post by selecting the express option. If you are ordering on Saturday night you are having a bender, it will not arrive quicker that if you ordered on Monday and should arrive that week.

For express post please allow 5-7 Business days once the courier has collected your parcel and if your postal address lies within an express zone. You can check if you are within an express zone by clicking here

  1. Australia GO standard post (not much cheaper) for bulkier, heavier or larger quantities we will opt to use regular parcel post

For NZ Post standard post, please allow 7-14 Business days Australia Wide once the order is collected by the Couriers from our warehouse in Henderson, Auckland.

IMPORTANT CHANGES made October 29 2021
New Zealand Post – Australia Post partnership

We have entered into a new partnership with New Zealand Post as our primary courier service. This will definitely speed up deliveries with our warehouse team. We are now seeing extraordinarily rapid deliveries of four and five days from the date we dispatch to the date you receive. That is far better than we have had with deliveries previously. We are currently not offering ATL (Authority to leave) UNLESS you contact us separately by email. We are also no longer leaving items without signatures as we have had too many thefts, lost items, and non delivered products (Especially to apartment blocks) which give us and Australia Post and Police a tracking recovery headache as we want only happy clients.
